Equipped with a Renishaw PH10M motorized probe head and TP20 touch-trigger probe system, it enables automated geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) validation.
Accuracy: MPEE = 2.5 + L/350 µm deviation limit.
Capability: 3D coordinate scanning, position & profile inspection, flatness, concentricity, runouts, and parallelism verification.
We utilize a Trimos 2D digital height gauge for high-precision height measurements, feature location verification, and datum setting, reinforcing our comprehensive quality assurance framework.
